Building Self-Esteem By Building Your Charisma!

You've Got IT!
You know you've got charisma! There's just something about you I like but I can't quite put my finger on it. Is it that smile of yours, your eyes, lips, or the tone and sincerity of your voice? Ok, it's just not that you're here on my web site, but the fact that you are here should tell you something. It does me and that's why I said that about you! That is, you have an open mind and must be willing and ready to learn all the things new to you that the universe has to offer. I think that's it! Openness is a characteristic that you always find in magnetic people. So even if you don't know it yet, I think I just may have been right when I pegged you as having this charisma-factor!
The "It" Factor
"Charisma" is something that is pretty easy to spot but much more difficult to precisely define. The "It" factor is beyond"classic good looks" and goes to something more intuitive and illusive. Though it's more than physical appearance, intelligence, or humor, it's not uncommon for these traits to be present. All those person's "attributes" seem to shine through unhindered (whatever that may be). Some people enter a room and their mere presence draws our attention and their energy seems to radiate freely and they seem to enliven or bring up the entire crowd or gathering. Professor of psychology Howard Friedman of Cal-Riverside would say these people possess basic self-confidence and have the ability to project this to others. In this sense, we all have this ability to improve our "charisma-potential" and it's not as far out of reach as you may think! This "It Factor" isn't a function DNA and it can be developed; and it can be developed by you!
Just In Case You Don't Know What "IT" Can Do For You...
1) You'll get far more respect than the average person!
2) People will be drawn to you without any effort on your part!
3) You'll exude self-confidence!
4) You'll seem powerful without being intimidating.
5) You'll put people at ease and make them feel understood!
6) And you'll be able to easily get what you want, because people will naturally want to help you!
Keep in mind that many elements make up this illusive trait. Presence is but just one of them although a very big one. Most people don't understand the "charismatic-persona" and can only assume that it comes naturally to some people. This is certainly true, but only for a very few rare and select people.
