Lucid Dreaming

Lucid Dreaming, as I've mentioned before on this site, is being able to control your dreams, and this really should be one of the first steps in your quest to manifest your reality and increase your personal growth.

So here we go!

When I say to you Lucid Dreaming, I mean to suggest you realize that in fact, you're dreaming. Furthermore, it's to then learn to control them. Simply put, there is no way to create the reality here in the material plane without the ability to first control and manifest your desires in your dreams first.

It's all about getting control of that mind of yours and it's much more simple in the astral dream world first. Ok, first of all, things can progress so much more quickly by getting yourself in the right frame of mind. This Lucid Dreaming recording can and will make the process easier and quicker. I'm a big fan of these recordings to aid you in getting you into the deeper states of mind needed for the results you're looking for.

The Big Trick

You need to get in the practice of realizing when you are, in fact dreaming. While dreaming, try to pick up on things that look very familiar, but at the same time notice that something is out of place or doesn't look quite right.

It's very odd, but if you think about it I bet you've had a dream where you think you're in your house or with a relative, but the images just don't look like or match up to real life? I bet the answer is YES! That's because when you dream, reality doesn't look the same as the physical world... yet you still recognize "things". This is our baseline strategy to Lucid Dreaming on demand.

Realize When You're Dreaming

You now know that dreams alter the way things appear, so the most basic thing you can do is to look at something before you go to bed in a repeated fashion. Look at your nightstand, table or clock before you go to sleep and first thing when you wake up.

Notice the shape in general, the numbers (if a clock), and the lights. In fact, let's stick with clocks! When you get in your car, notice that clock in detail as well as at work, or at lunch, or any where else you might see one. Focus on clocks!

Ok, now that have a rather unhealthy clock obsession, you will now soon see a clock in your dreams. Trust me it will not look like all the other clocks you've trained your brain on... in will look weird and this is now your trigger. YOU ARE DREAMING!!!

If you don't like the clock idea, anything else you see often throughout the day will work because remember, dreams do not portray reality as it is. I used to get dreams where a cat would scratch me and it just wouldn't feel normal. I knew I was then dreaming and (if I had the guts) I would face whatever threat or fear that was being presented before me. I hope that makes sense, but even once you know you're dreaming, it's still a bit of a challenge to take control of it.

At the risk of sounding a bit odd, last night I had a dream where I was in combat situation aboard an airplane. I had no parachute, but I was commanded to jump out as if I did. The dream was incredibly real and needless to say.... I balked and chickened out. Remember that dreams often reveal fears preventing us from growth- usually in a figurative way.

In that situation, I knew I was dreaming but I lost control of it. This is where it can get much more difficult for you. Once you realize you are dreaming, you may find yourself (as I was in that example) not knowing what to do next. As a result, you will either wake up, or slip back into a dream state without awareness. Remember, the Lucid Dreaming Recording is very powerful and will assist you in keeping an attentive dream state.
