Developing Your Psychic Power Psychic-Energy-Balls.
We've been talking about
Psychic-Energy,
Telekinesis, and ESP, so let's jump into psychic-energy-balls as an exercise aimed towards helping you build your inner energy levels, and practice propelling that energy outward as we discussed.
This practice comes in two parts. The first one is mental visualization. The entire practice should first be played through your mind only, with no physical action. After you complete the mind "visualization", you can awake from your mind programming session, and try the exact same exercise with your physical body.
Mental Practicing
To create a PSI Ball, you need to build your inner energy up and focus your energy on a single point. This can be done with a bit of
meditation,
in which you will focus your attention upon your spiritual eye for a bit.
Now once you follow all the techniques I've just shared with you, I want you to picture your hands in front of you. With your eyes focused upon your "Christ Consciousness Center", actually see your hands with the pigment, creases, and all the small details that make your hands unique.
Once you have a vivid visualization of your hands, think of yourself rubbing them together for about 30 seconds or so. Steady your breath and keep it constant, but don't worry about it too much. Feel the friction while you mentally rub your hands together with your mind. Again, this is all thought and you should not be moving a muscle. Push away distracting thoughts!
Now with your mind, picture yourself opening your hands as if you were receiving a gift. Place your focus into the middle of your hands, and mentally extract the surrounding psychic-energy-ball from your hands. Let this power group together in the center of your palms.
Using your thought, form and mold this energy or power into a ball of light and let the color and size be whatever your mind freely creates. Now, visualize yourself gently lobbing(not heaving) your ball into a solid object and upon impact see the energy ball scatter and explode into a million small specks of light. Watch the light disperse and disappear.
You'll get very good at this visualization as you continue your practice.
When you awaken from this
Altered State of Conciousness
you just performed, immediately open your hands in front of yourself and repeat the same exercise but with your eyes open and with physical actions.
You must learn to visualize with your eyes open and control what happens in your eyes. Physically rub your hands together, watch the energy from into a ball, and fling the psychic-energy-ball at the wall in front of you. Watch with your eyes open, the energy disperse as
it makes contact with the wall.
So What's The Purpose of Psychic-Energy-Balls?
Once mastered, the psychic-energy-ball you created can be directed and altered to accomplish whatever task you want. You can send this energy to heal, to
move and object,
or to simply send love, thoughts, or desires to a specific person or to the Universe.
At the time of this web page's publication, I lost my best friend, my guardian angel, and the wonderful soul who brought me into this world. I lost my earth Mom (Laura) who would have been 79 years young this December 27th. Help On Achieving the Proper Brain State!
Just keep in mind that a key factor in mastering this technique is
to attune your brain to the right frequencies.
Our human brain is not naturally tuned to use nor accept these powers, but the power does indeed lie within us all. You can achieve results just using your inner brain power, but altering your brain's frequencies with these binaural beats speeds up the process dramatically as they are exactly tuned to frequencies where you can control the direction of thought.
You can also do this with steady and diligent practice of meditation, but honestly it takes much longer (especially for beginners.) Pick up a copy and use it during the mental aspect of these practices.
